David Sweanor, a highly influential advocate for Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) and a long-standing expert in global public health policy for many decades, has been instrumental in shifting the global conversation around nicotine from punitive, prohibitionist approaches to pragmatic harm reduction strategies that save lives. This panel discussion will explore that debate in depth, as experts from various countries share their perspectives and aim to develop effective strategies for reducing smoking.
