SCOHRE is an international scientific association of independent experts in Smoking Control and Harm Reduction, dedicated to fostering open and constructive dialogue to develop new approaches to smoking control policies. In this final session, three years after its establishment, SCOHRE reaffirms its vision and presents 10 proposals aimed at combating the smoking epidemic and its harmful effects.
